From the moment we gave a call to her office.. (I happened to call her during lunch break)… I called on her on the second phone number given on her website..AND THE DR. HERSELF ACTUALLY PICKED UP THE PHONE saying her staff were on short break but she saw someone was trying to call twice in quick succession and, SHE PICKED UP THE PHONE because SHE FIGURED SOMEONE WAS REALLY TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH QUICKLY with a doctor and she wanted to MAKE SURE the person calling was alright!!!!!! REALLY!!!!!!! From the moment we entered her office, we were envelope d into an atmosphere of WARMTH, COMPASSION, and PROFESSIONALISM that can be hard to find in healthcare today. Dr. Zarei isn’t just a highly qualified doctor..she embodies the very essence of what it truly means to be a HEALER! Her INTELLIGENCE and EXPERTISE in Neuro physiology combined with her thoughtful approach make her a RARE GEM in the medical community. The person who is writing this review has gone through nearly 30 years of my life going through Neurologists, testing, Stem Cell transplant.. I could go on and on.. I’ve been through solo many doctors and testing.. BELIEVE me when I say, I do understand what it means to want..to NEED to find the right care for you and your loved ones! Bringing my family member to De. She will listen and explain your complex medical concepts in a way that is clear and understandable and its been fantastic to see this as the gift which has eased the worries of my family member and our family, as a whole. Dr. Zarei has the knowledge and..just as importantly.. The WILL to run those very important tests you may have needed but, always had to beg your other drs. for. You WANT ANSWERS…AND, SO DOES SHE! If it makes sense to your care..she isn’t afraid of giving you that EMG/NCV…or, write you that referral to another specialist, etc.She explains it all reason and responsibilities with patience and clarity which is never rushed.
